Client Intake Coordinator
You’re the first voice a homeowner hears when they reach out to Peak Sodding. This role manages the intake process from first contact: fielding inquiries, gathering project details, qualifying leads, and setting the tone for the client experience our team is known for. You’ll keep things organized, move fast, and make every homeowner feel like they’re in good hands from the start.
What We’re Looking For
- —Strong phone presence and communication skills
- —Detail-oriented and highly organized
- —CRM experience (or willingness to learn fast)
- —Ability to manage multiple conversations at once
- —A genuine care for client experience
- —Someone who takes ownership, not just direction
Sales Professional
This isn’t order-taking, it’s consultative selling. You’ll build and manage your own pipeline using company-supplied leads and self-driven prospecting. From networking and referrals to onsite consultations and closing, you own the full sales journey. We’re looking for someone disciplined, results-driven, and proactive. Someone who educates clients, delivers accurate estimates, and closes with integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- —Proven sales track record, ideally in home services or construction
- —Consultative approach — you educate, not oversell
- —Experience with CRM systems and structured reporting
- —Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills
- —Comfortable with outbound prospecting and networking
- —Lawn or landscaping knowledge is a plus, not a requirement
